Upon completing this After Effects course, students will have gained a strong foundational understanding of the software’s interface and core features, such as creating and managing compositions and layers, controlling transform and layer attributes, and creating keyframe animations. Students will also be proficient in creating, importing and manipulating shapes, artworks, and text, as well as applying effects, masks, and mattes to achieve complex visual effects.
Additionally, students will have gained knowledge in keyframing techniques, including the use of the Graph Editor, and in the different types of motion tracking. Finally, students will have learned about 2.5D animation, green screen techniques, puppet tools, and the technicalities of rendering.
Through open discussion and feedback sessions, students will also be able to showcase their skills and understanding of the software, and identify areas for further growth and learning.
